Return Policy

No refunds will be given on any merchandise, firearms, ammunition, training sessions or educational courses – excluding clothing. A store credit may be given for merchandise, training sessions and educational courses. Firearms and ammo returns will need to be handled directly through the manufacturer. Clothing may be refunded within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied with the original receipt and original tags still attached.  All clearance item sales are FINAL.

Cancellation Policy

We all have those days when making it to class just isn’t going to happen. On those days, it’s important to keep our class cancellation policy in mind.

Our class cancellation window and policies are similar to those that most ranges and instructors have in place.

After your registration, we will be collecting your credit card information to secure your seat. However, you will not be billed until the day of the class. For NRA courses, we require advance registration by at least 3 days prior. All other classes require advance registration by at least 24 hours prior. If you cancel your class past the registration deadline, you will be billed. This is to help cover the cost of your spot in the class. But with notice, you will receive store credit to use for a future class. Without notice, you will be billed and not be given store credit.

This policy is important for our instructors because it ensures that they are still paid for spots that go unfilled. For our classrooms, filling each spot is critical not only for our business but for guaranteeing you have a high-quality experience every time you attend a class.

All students must present ID and any relevant permits/documentation upon entry, as per our regular check-in protocols.
